(a) All aluminum and metal siding shall be applied according to manufacturers' specifications or their working manual.
(b) All aluminum or metal siding shall be bonded per current National Electric Code.
(c) A permit issued by the Building Department shall first be obtained before any electrical work is started and shall be required for the removal of the electrical service entrance and refastening to the building.
A permit to do electrical work shall be issued only to an individual person, firm or corporation licensed in accordance with the provisions of chapter 1416, unless the applicant therefor is exempt by reason of living in a single-family dwelling where the work is to be performed.
