Any person, firm or corporation performing work in the City of Ravenna without having a current and valid registration certificate may be ordered to stop all work in progress by the Chief Building Official or designee until proper registration and insurance is obtained. The Chief Building Official or designee may, if the condition or situation warrants, obtain the assistance of other governmental agencies in the enforcement of this section.
