In order to obtain an HVAC license, written application therefor, accompanied by a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), shall be made to the City. If the application is approved, the amount paid shall apply to the fee prescribed in Section 1420.04. No person's application shall be approved unless he or she has a State certificate.
