1418.04 LICENSE SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.

The Plumbing Inspector has authority to suspend a plumber's license issued under this chapter whenever, in his or her opinion, the plumber is doing any plumbing or house drainage that violates any provision of the ordinances of the City. The Plumbing Inspector shall report the suspension to the Board of Plumbing Examiners. The Board may revoke the license by majority vote, after a full and fair hearing.
