Application for a plumbing license shall be made on forms provided by the Board of Plumbing Examiners. The fee for a license for a master or employing plumber, or for a journeyman plumber, shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). Licenses shall be renewed annually, the fee for which shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a master or employing plumber, or for a journeyman plumber. Before a license is issued, all master plumbers, firms and corporations shall file a bond with two or more sureties to the satisfaction of the Board of Plumbing Examiners, in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000), conditioned that all the work of plumbing installed by the person shall conform to and be in strict accordance with the regulations for plumbing now in force and as hereafter amended and supplemented and as a guarantee that all faulty work installed by them shall be made to conform to City regulations and to the satisfaction of the Plumbing Inspector.
