1416.06 LICENSE SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION; RENEWAL OF EXPIRED LICENSE.
The Electrical Inspector may, after written notice to any licensee, suspend his or her license for unsatisfactory work and until the unsatisfactory work has been corrected by the licensee. If the licensee continues to do faulty work, the Board of Electrical Examiners, after personal inspection of the faulty work by all four members, and after written notice to the licensee, may revoke his or her license. If the licensee thereafter wishes to do any electrical work in the City, he or she must apply for and take an examination in the manner provided for original licenses.
If the license has not been renewed annually, any subsequent application for a license shall be considered an original application, except that in case of sickness or disability, sixty days after the expiration date may be allowed for renewal.
