In case of a violation of any provision of the Plumbing Code in the doing of any plumbing work, the approval of the plans and the description thereof shall be nullified by the Plumbing Inspector and notice thereof shall at once be given to the plumbers having charge of and doing the work and to the owner of the building or his or her agent and thereupon all work under such plans and descriptions shall at once cease and work shall not be commenced again until such plans and descriptions have been reapproved by the Plumbing Inspector.
