1410.04 APPOINTMENT, TERM AND REMOVAL OF CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL; COMPENSATION OF PERSONNEL.

The Chief Building Official shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Chief Building Official may be removed by the Mayor. All members of the City Building Department shall be compensated in the manner set forth by Council.
