1404.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the Residential Code of Ohio, as adopted in Section 1404.01, is to provide construction and material specifications for the erection, construction, alteration, repair, conversion, removal, demolition and maintenance of nonindustrialized one, two and three-family dwellings in the City.
