(a) No alarm business shall sell, offer or install an alarm system in any business, building, structure or premises in the City without first complying with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) No alarm user shall have installed or operate an alarm system in any business, building, structure or premises in the City without first completing the registration procedures set forth in this chapter.
(c) No local alarm shall resemble the sound of any emergency signal, civil defense alarm or siren.
