(a) The acceptance of any alarm system by the Chief of Police as provided herein shall in no manner place upon the Police Department or the City any additional liabilities than those legally incurred with police functions.
(b) All alarm businesses and alarm users shall comply with the scope and intent of this chapter within sixty days of the date of its adoption.
