Collectors' licenses are not transferable. However, vehicles which are listed on a valid collector's license may be transferred to another valid collector's license by the Health Commissioner upon his or her receipt of a written application from the transferee together with a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per vehicle to be transferred.
