1022.02 CURB LINES ESTABLISHED.
   The curb lines on the streets and alleys of the City shall be fixed as follows:

1022.03 CONSTRUCTION OF STREET LAWNS.
   Any owner or occupant of lands abutting on the streets of the City may provide or construct a lawn extending into the street to the curb line. The lawn may be protected by stone curb or by posts connected by chains or railing. All materials and all protection so placed shall be done under the direction and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Service, shall be so placed as not to obstruct or injure any sidewalk and shall be at least six feet from the street lines.

1022.04 PROTECTING STREET LAWNS, CURBS AND FENCES FROM ANIMALS.
   No person shall ride, drive, lead or hitch any horse of other animal upon any lawn protected by a curb or fence or in any manner injure a lawn, curb or fence.

1022.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
