1020.05 COSTS OF VACATING STREETS AND RIGHTS OF WAY.

There is hereby established a schedule whereby an individual who petitions for a street or right of way to be vacated shall bear the following expenses:

(a) Legal fees

(b) Filing fees

(d) Engineering and surveying costs.
