860.05 MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARY LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall operate a medical marijuana dispensary without a valid medical marijuana dispensary license issued by the City pursuant to this chapter and further having obtained a conditional use certificate for their location issued by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

(b) Any person who violates subsection (a) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
