860.04 PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN MEDICAL MARIJUANA OPERATIONS.
   (a)   No person shall operate a medical marijuana cultivator or processor in the City except in the Industrial District of the City.
   (b)    Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
