(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall have his or her sale permit revoked for a period of twelve consecutive months.
(b) Whoever carries on any activity under this chapter after his or her permit has been revoked pursuant to subsection (a) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
