678.09 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.
   (a)   No person shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the corporate limits of the City.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
