648.09 MINORS CURFEW.
   (a)   No minor under the age of 14 years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the City between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
   (b)   No minor 14 years of age or older and under the age of 16 years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the City between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
   (c)   No minor 16 years of age or older and under the age of 18 years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the City between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
   (d)   The provisions of division (a) through (c) of this section shall not apply to any minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or when the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
   (e)   No parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of eighteen years shall knowingly permit such minor to be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the City in violation of any provision of divisions (a) through (c) of this section.
   (f)   Any minor violating any provision of division (a) through (c) of this section shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure.
   (g)   Whoever violates any provision of division (e) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
