(a) No person shall create electrical or radio disturbances which adversely affect any form of life or equipment beyond the property line of the property on which the source is located.
(b) Subject to the provisions of Section 626.15, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
