626.13 VIBRATIONS.

(a) No use shall cause earth vibrations or concussions that are detectable without the aid of instruments beyond its lot lines, with the exception of vibration produced as a result of construction or demolition operations.

(b) Subject to the provisions of Section 626.15, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
