626.12 GLARE.
   (a)   No use shall produce a strong dazzling light, glare or reflection thereof beyond its property lines.
   (b)   Subject to the provisions of Section 626.15, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
