626.05 DISTURBANCES.
   (a)   No person shall yell, shout, hoot or make any other loud noise on the public streets, or make any such noise at any time or place so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of persons in any dwelling, hotel, hospital or other type of residence or office, or of any person in the vicinity.
   (b)   Subject to the provisions of Section 626.15, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
