The following uses and activities shall be exempt from noise level requirements:
(a) Noises of safety signals, warning devices or alarms and emergency pressure relief valves.
(b) Noises resulting from any authorized emergency vehicle when it is responding to an emergency call or acting in time of emergency.
(c) Noises resulting from emergency work.
(d) Noises resulting from authorized public activities, such as parades, fireworks, sports events, musical productions and other activities which have the approval of the City.
(e) Noises resulting from sports events authorized by the Board of Education or private schools.
(f) Noises resulting from agricultural activities conducted within an agricultural district, as authorized in Ohio R.C. Chapter 929, when the activities are not in conflict with Federal, State or local laws and are conducted in accordance with generally accepted agricultural practices.
