(a) Except for dogs, cats, household birds and any other commonly accepted pets, no person shall keep or harbor within the City any other animals unless they are kept or harbored at least 400 feet from the nearest inhabited dwelling.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
