(a) The City of Ravenna may designate parking spaces within a Municipal Parking Lot for the use of specific individuals or business owners upon the issuance of a parking permit.
(b) Parking permits, if available, may be obtained from the Director of Public Service or his/her designee upon application and payment of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month.
(c) The parking permit shall be affixed to the lower left corner of the rear window of the motor vehicle.
(d) No person shall park or permit to be parked a motor vehicle in a parking space or area within a Municipal Parking Lot, which area or space has been designated “Permit Parking Only” unless a parking permit has been obtained from the Director of Public Service.
