452.17 PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY RESERVED SPACE.
   (a)   Upon application made by the owner or occupant of any premises and upon the showing by the owner or occupant of an unusual number of visitors requiring access, frequent unloading of commercial vehicles or some other related or similar use, the Director of Public Safety may determine that the reasonable use of the premises requires temporary extended parking in a two-hour zone, and he or she may issue a permit therefor to such owner or occupant.
   (b)   The person to whom such permit is issued shall be required to display the permit in the motor vehicle authorized to occupy a temporary reserved space. The permit shall carry in words and figures the following: Permit Number ________, and in the blank space shall be inserted the number of the permit. The permit hereby authorized may be revoked at any time by the Director of Public Safety.
   (c)   The permit will be issued for a maximum of thirty days. The charge for each permit shall be five dollars ($5.00) per day, twenty dollars ($20.00) per week and fifty dollars ($50.00) per month. Upon expiration, said permit must be renewed and authorized by the Director of Public Safety.
