452.16 CONTINUOUS PARKING ON STREETS.
   (a)   No person shall stand or park a vehicle for more than twenty-four consecutive hours upon any street or alley.
   (b)   There shall be no residential parking permitted within the Central Business District on any streets or alleys located therein.
