(a) When signs are properly posted as provided in subsection (b) hereof, vehicular traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the following streets and alleys:
Bacon Lane from Chestnut to Prospect: eastbound.
Baldwin Street from West Highland Avenue to Second Street: northbound.
Bennett Avenue from Lawrence to Myrtle: westbound.
Bennett Avenue from Pratt Street to Walnut Street: westbound.
Cherry Way from Main to Highland: northbound.
Cherry Way from Main to Riddle: southbound.
Clinton Street from Main to Highland: northbound.
Eagle Street from Second Street to Highland Avenue: southbound.
Gill Street from an unnamed alley to Highland: northbound.
Hickory Way from Main to Locust: northbound.
Hickory Way from Cedar to Highland: northbound.
Hickory Way from Main to Spruce Street: southbound.
Maple Lane from South Freedom Street to Liberty: westbound.
Maple Lane from South Meridian Street to Parkway: eastbound.
Maple Lane from Walnut Street to Plum Way: westbound.
Parkway from Main to Locust: northbound.
Parkway from Cedar to Highland: southbound.
Pine Way, from Lafayette Avenue south to Highland Avenue.
Plum Way from Main to Highland: northbound.
Poplar Lane.
An alley located on the south side of lots 14 and 15 of City Garden allotment as platted in Volume 3, page 17, and located between Fourth Street and Garden Street: eastbound.
An unnamed alley from Vine Street to Gill Street: westbound.

(b) The Director of Public Safety is hereby directed to place and maintain signs on the streets and alleys designated in subsection (a) hereof indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement for each intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.
