288.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP; DUTIES.

There is hereby established in and for the City a Parking Authority to analyze the congested traffic conditions existing in the City and to further provide long-range solutions to such parking problems. Such Authority shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor.
