282.05 OPERATION; SECRETARY.

(a) The Shade Tree Commission shall choose its own officers, make its own rules and regulations and keep a journal of its proceedings. A majority of the members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.

(b) There is hereby established the position of Secretary to the Shade Tree Commission. Such Secretary shall be compensated as determined from time to time by Council.
