(a) Membership of the Board of Health for the City of Ravenna shall consist of five (5) Board of Health members serving for three (3) year terms. The terms of the Board of Health should expire on a rotating basis. No more than two Board members’ terms should expire in the same year. Three (3) of the Board members will live in the City of Ravenna; all members of the Board will live within Portage County.

(b) The Mayor or his designee will serve as Board of Health President for his/her term as Mayor. If the Mayor designates a member to be President, he/she will do so from one of the existing Board of Health Members.
