242.07 PROMOTIONAL TEST FOR SERGEANT.

There is hereby established a requirement for promotional tests, whereby a police officer taking a promotional test for Sergeant must have a minimum of three years of full-time service as police officer with any qualified local, State or Federal law enforcement agency.
