220.05 EXPULSION OF 220.05EXPULSION OF MEMBERS FROM MEETINGS.

Council may, by a concurring vote of two-thirds of its members, expel any member from any regular or special meeting of Council, or a meeting of the Committee of the Whole, for disorderly conduct or a violation of its rules.
