212.02 INSPECTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS.

All public records as defined in Section 212.01 shall be promptly prepared and made available for inspection to any person at all reasonable times during normal business hours. Upon request, a person responsible for public records shall make copies available at the cost set forth in Sections 212.03 and 244.07.
