SECTION VI-3. Boards and Commissions.

The members of the following boards and commissions are to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of City Council: Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Parks and Recreation Board, Civil Service Commission, Board of Health and any other boards or commissions that Council shall deem necessary. The powers and duties of these boards and commissions shall be established by the Ohio Revised Code, by the ordinances of the City and by this Charter.
