SECTION VI-2. City Engineer.

There is hereby created an office of City Engineer, who shall be appointed by the Mayor. The City Engineer is to act in an advisory capacity to the City Council and the Mayor. The City Engineer shall be a registered engineer in the State of Ohio or be able to obtain registration in the State of Ohio within six (6) months of hire.
