SECTION V-2. Board of Control.

The Mayor, the Director of Public Service and the Finance Director shall constitute the Board of Control of the City of Ravenna. The Board of Control shall have the powers and duties of a board of control of a city, as provided by the general laws of the State of Ohio, relating to the approval of contracts of the City.
