The Mayor shall have been a qualified elector of this City for at least three years as well as a resident of this City for at least three years immediately prior to the date of the election and shall continue to be a qualified elector and resident of the City of Ravenna during his or her term of office. The Mayor must have obtained at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
