1620.06  CONFLICT OF LAWS.
   In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the National Fire Codes, as adopted in Section 1620.01, and a provision of the Ohio Basic Building Code, as adopted in Chapter 1402 of the Building and Housing Code, the Ohio Basic Building Code shall control.  In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the National Fire Codes and the Ohio Fire Code or any other State law or regulation, or a provision of any other technical code adopted by the City by reference, or a provision of any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the higher or stricter standard shall control, except that rules adopted and orders issued by the State Fire marshal pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 3743 prevail in the event of a conflict in any circumstances.
