Each full-time employee who is disabled to the extent that he or she cannot perform his or her regular duties, from injury received while in the course of his or her employment or official duty, shall receive, for a period of ninety calendar days from the beginning of such disability, an amount of compensation which shall be equivalent to his or her full salary, less any and all amounts received by him or her from any and all public and private agencies by reason of pension, relief or indemnity for such disability.
