EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into Agreements from time to time with representatives of various classes of Municipal employees, which Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and other incidents of employment. The provisions of this chapter, and of other provisions of these Codified Ordinances, apply only to those employees and those subjects not otherwise provided for in such Agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation, and of such Agreements, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
Ordinance 1996-96, passed July 1, 1996, adopted a Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual for employees of the City. Copies of this ordinance and of the Manual may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
