230.001 COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT.
   The Mayor’s Department shall be composed of the following.  Compensation shall be as determined from time to time by Council.
   (a)   Administrative Secretary.  The Administrative Secretary shall be paid one-third from the General Fund, one-third from the Water Revenue Fund, and one-third from the Sewer Revenue Fund.
   (b)   Safety Compliance Officer.  The Safety Compliance Officer shall be paid twenty-five percent from the General Fund, twenty-five percent from the Street Fund, twenty-five percent from the Water Revenue Fund, and twenty-five percent from the Sewer Revenue Fund.
   (c)   Public Safety Director, effective January 1, 2001.  The Public Safety Director shall be paid sixty percent from the General Fund and forty percent from the EMS Fund.
