§ 90.076 DISPOSITION OF ANIMALS BEING HELD ON COMPLAINT.

In all instances when an animal is impounded and a court order related to a violation of this chapter has been filed in a court of competent jurisdiction against the owner of the animal, the animal shall not be released except upon order of the court. The court may direct the animal owner to pay any penalties or fines for violation of this chapter in addition to penalties resulting from other charges.
