(A) No person shall own, harbor, keep, sell, offer for sale, or freely give any canine hybrid, as defined in § 90.001, within the municipal boundary of the city.
(B) Any person who lawfully holds or keeps a canine hybrid as defined in § 90.001 prior to the effective date hereof may maintain that individual animal until its death subject to appropriate confinement requirements.
