§ 90.013 FAILURE TO OBEY COMPLAINT OR SUMMONS.
   Any person who fails to appear before the Municipal Judge for any violation of this chapter within the time set forth in the complaint is guilty of a misdemeanor regardless of the disposition of the original charge for which he or she was cited.
