§ 152.07 BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING THE AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD.
   (A)   The areas of special hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled, “The Flood Insurance Study (FIS) for Colfax County, New Mexico and Incorporated Areas,” dated November 4, 2010, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps dated November 4, 2010.
