§ 11.03 CITY LOGO.

The City Logo was drawn by Mayor Apache and approved by the City Commission on December 8, 2009. Authorized use of the City Logo will be any use approved by the City Manager or City Clerk in writing. Any unauthorized use of the City Logo is prohibited and considered unlawful; and subject to the penalty per § 10.99.
