(A) The number of off-street loading berths required by this section shall be considered as the minimum, and the Zoning Commission shall evaluate whether space should be provided for shipping and unloading.
(B) Off-street loading berths shall have a minimum planned dimension of 12 feet by 25 feet and 14 feet overhead clearance with adequate means for egress and ingress.
(C) (1) Retail business: One space of 300 square feet for each 5,000 square feet of floor area.
(2) Wholesale and industry: One space of 500 square feet for each 10,000 square feet of floor area.
