For the purpose of this chapter, the area within the extraterritorial limits of the city is divided into the following districts:
(A) R-HZ Rural Holding Zone;
(B) R-1 Residential District;
(C) R-4 Residential District;
(D) R-5 Residential District;
(E) RM-1 Multi-family District;
(F) MHS Mobile Home Subdivision;
(G) MHP Mobile Home Park;
(H) R-O-I Residential, Office and Institutional District;
(I) C-2 General Commercial District;
(J) C-3 General and Highway Servicing District;
(K) SC Planned Shopping Center District;
(L) L-I Light Industrial District;
(M) H-I Heavy Industrial District;
(N) C-4 Rural Commercial District;
(O) H-2 Junkyard District; and
(P) G Governmental Use District.
